1. Commercial links

Hexalink Sports Betting is funded by commercial links. The “Visit” buttons on our records are tracking links: if you open an operator’s domain from one of them and subsequently open an account, we may receive a fee from that operator. You never pay anything extra as a result.

2. What the fee does not change

It does not change the scores awarded, which follow a public scale applied identically to every operator tracked. It does not change the display order of our records. It does not change the content of our reviews, including the reservations expressed. No operator has any right of review or approval before publication.

3. Entry criterion

An operator can appear in our selection only if it holds a licence in force issued by the Autorité nationale des jeux and verifiable in a published decision. No commercial agreement can substitute for that condition.

4. Independence from authorities

Hexalink Sports Betting is not affiliated with the Autorité nationale des jeux, with Joueurs Info Service, or with any French or foreign public authority. Links to those bodies are provided for information and imply no endorsement on their part.

5. Trade marks cited

The names, trade marks and logos of the operators cited belong to their respective holders. They are reproduced solely to identify the operator under review, as fair editorial use, with no claim of rights and no suggestion of partnership, endorsement or sponsorship.

6. Nature of the content

Our reviews are editorial opinions based on dated observations. They are not financial advice, not a guarantee of outcome, and not an incentive to bet. A bet is a leisure expense with an uncertain outcome, and never a source of income.

7. Reporting an omission

If you believe a commercial relationship is not made sufficiently clear on one of our pages, write to us from the Contact page. We will correct and date the disclosure concerned.
